| The assignment was to design emergency architecture. How this was to be executed was entirely up to the student. |
| SPIRIT OF THE ASSIGNMENT: |
| Take the macro idea of emergency architecture and distill this concept into a viable design direction / solution through research, sketching, and a final presentation. |
| MY DESIGN: |
| My design uses a standard backpack form and incorporates a tent which is completely attached to the pack itself. Advantages of this system include interior pack access while inside the tent, quick setup, light weight, and ease of use. |
